In the Order Tracking page, enter your Order ID and Billing email and click the “Track” button. Your Order ID and Billing email was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have recieved.
Due to Covid, our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is just an estimate. You can receive the order before the EDT.
The EDT is a same of estimated fulfilment and shipping time.
Think: estimated fulfilment + estimated shipping time = estimated delivery (EDT)
Our fulfilment time average is 2-7 business days for all products. When we calculate the estimated fulfilment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to your historical shipping date for deliveries to your area or selling region.
That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet and shorten our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and its past its EDT, please allow a few more days for shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts and service disruptions.

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our size charts – we have one for every product listed on our store, just below the size button next to the product image.
Though rare, it is possible that a product you ordered was mislabelled. If that is the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your Order Number and photos of the mislabelled product, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
